



AUTHOR'S SUPERVISION

For the duration of the renovation, or several months
Author's supervision is a guarantee of a repair without deviations from the drawing documents of the design project, carried out in the shortest possible time. We work both with our own verified crews and with your builders, if they pass our inspection. The minimum price of supervision is 300 €. The cost depends on the remoteness and size of the object.
STRUCTURE OF AUTHOR'S SUPERVISION

Control of the work schedule.
We draw up a schedule of works from the words or on the basis of the contract of the builders and adjust it according to the situation. The schedule keeps the builders in the tone, allows them to understand the scope of the upcoming work, reveals lags. All changes are entered into the table once a week, after travelling to the site. The schedule is stored in Google or yandex sheets and is available to builders and customers at any time.

Preparation of the procurement schedule.
We prepare a sheet of upcoming purchases, which takes into account delivery and production times (e.g. for doors and furniture from 1 month), availability at the time of delivery of the surface or installation/storage site. The sheet helps to avoid delays and downtime on the construction site, as well as shows the distribution of costs by month. The schedule is stored in a shared Google or yandex sheets.

Weekly check-outs.
We promptly answer all questions of the builders during working hours. We visit the site 1-2 times a week for personal supervision. All remarks, agreements with builders or measurers are recorded in the logbook of author's supervision under signature. The log is kept in two copies, one copy is always kept by the builders as a reminder notebook.

Fixing of hidden works.
We photograph every visit and pay special attention to the hidden works - water supply, heating and sewerage wiring, cut-outs and electrical wiring. Upon completion of concealed works, we prepare drawings, where we indicate the location of concealed wiring on the reamers. Such drawings are necessary when installing furniture, hanging shelves and decorations or during subsequent renovations.

Coordination of related organisations.
We make sure that allied organisations are on site on time, such as surveyors for entrance and interior doors or built-in furniture, air-conditioners, smart home or remote control security engineers. We bring them up to speed, explain the nuances of the project, monitor and record the result of their work.

Adjustment of drawings.
In the case of work with old stock (when measurements were taken before dismantling), or if during the course of the project the customer decides to make any changes to the concept, we correct the drawing documentation for the builders.

Regular reporting.
After each visit we prepare a written report with photo fixation of the state of repair to your e-mail. We also systematise the information in Google or yandex (at your choice) table, where the tabs indicate ‘Work schedule’, ‘Procurement schedule’, ‘Work done on author's supervision, comments’, ‘Planned work’ on author's supervision. And also we save photos from each trip in folders in cloud storage, which will be available only to you. Such systematisation allows us to clearly organise the process of work, and you have the opportunity to always keep your hand ‘on the pulse’.
