Sofia designed a three-room apartment for us. She had to continue the work started by her colleague. We had no particular complaints about the previous designer, but we immediately felt that Sofia had a more professional approach: first of all, Sofia communicated with us in a language we understood, all agreements were strictly adhered to, and all my nitpicking about making ‘a few more corrections’ to the project was taken with a smile.
We needed to get a beautiful (from our point of view) apartment that was not cluttered with furniture but was as adapted as possible to the needs of our family members, with plenty of storage space. And we got it: the apartment looks very nice, but at the same time it is so comfortable to live in! In my opinion, the key to the success of our project is that Sofia knows how to listen to her clients, pays close attention to their wishes and does not try to impose her opinion.
Sofia not only developed the design project for us, but also supervised the work and helped us select and purchase a variety of finishing materials and interior items (mirrors, lamps, curtains, etc.). She saved us a tremendous amount of time communicating with builders and shopping.
We highly recommend Sofia Petrukhina as an excellent designer.

Anton :
We worked with Sofia on a design project for an apartment in Moscow. Sofia listened carefully to all our wishes and tastefully reflected them in the project and visualisation. Her suggestions regarding design solutions were always well-considered and concise, which we also liked. It is clear that she is dedicated to her work and has a sense of style and proportion. For those rooms where she did not immediately ‘hit the mark,’ she reworked them until they were perfect for us, and this was not a problem, i.e., it is clear that customer satisfaction is ultimately important to her. We really liked her punctuality and responsibility. The agreed deadlines were met, she was on time for all meetings, and we were notified in advance of any changes to the agreements. We had 3-4 meetings plus measurements and project delivery, but that was more than enough for an excellent result. Most of the work was done by email and phone. There was no ‘water’ in communication, so characteristic of people in creative professions. The estimate was drawn up sensibly, based on real prices and existing interior items; for a number of items, it was basically impossible to buy them more cheaply.
We did not order author supervision for economic reasons, but we did consult several times on various decisions and always received polite assistance. In particular, Sofia helped us in person to choose paint shades at the colour centre for a more perfect result.
To sum up: if you have doubts about whether you need a designer or not, I definitely recommend one. Sofia, like ps interior, will help you achieve a stylish and balanced result, rather than a complete renovation or something tasteless, and you will also be able to save money, as you will have a clear understanding of the cost from start to finish before the work begins, and you will be able to flexibly adapt any decisions to your tasks or budget.
