This flat project for a young man combines elements of loft and strict minimalism, on the one hand, and on the other hand - an abundance of natural wood, making the space more cosy. A special pride of the project is the layout and work with light. On a relatively small area we managed to organise a full bedroom, a spacious pantry, and at the same time to keep the feeling of free space in the kitchen-living room. There is a possibility of different scenarios of lighting in the flat, which allows us to make both bright light and chamber twilight with spot lighting.
Floor plan.
We needed a small bedroom, enough storage space, a bathroom and toilet. We maximised the storage room, which stores not only clothes, but also tools, iron and all sorts of small things. In the hallway itself, only a banquette was left, under which shoes can be placed. In the bathroom on the place of the former bathroom, a shower room of construction design was organised. A part of the hallway was given for a built-in wardrobe for the bedroom. By giving up one bedside table, the living room space was expanded. The lack of storage space in the compact kitchen was compensated by chests of drawers on the attached balсony.
