For the entire duration of the repair, or for a month
Completion is work with purchasing everything necessary for the implementation of a design project. We select, coordinate, order, deliver, check installation. We hand over the interior in the “move in and live” format. You can order the service in addition to the author's supervision.
The minimum price for the complete set is 200 €. The cost depends on the distance and size of the object.

Reduction of realisation period.
We control purchasing according to the ‘Purchasing Schedule’ sheet, which takes into account delivery and production times, availability at the time of delivery of the surface or installation/storage site. The table helps to avoid delays and downtime on site and also shows the distribution of costs by month. The schedule is stored in a shared Google or yandex sheets.
Logistics and communication with managers.
We take care of all communication with managers and delivery people. We check articles, colours and details of orders, synchronise deliveries, place orders and follow them up. We pay special attention to complex customised items: we know how to draw up the right terms of reference, contract and control the necessary production issues.
Receiving and checking goods, handling complaints.
We receive materials and furniture on site, check the quantity and quality of goods. We monitor the safety of transport both inside the flat and in the common areas. In case of problems with deadlines, material quality, or complaints, we promptly resolve the issues, as suppliers are willing to meet us as regular customers.
Providing discounts on goods.
As part of the set we are looking for the most favourable prices, delivery and unloading conditions. Many suppliers to attract designers, provide referral fees in the form of large discounts from 10% to 20%, which we share with you.

Calculating and controlling your finances.
We record each of your repair costs in a google or yandex spreadsheet. We analyse the costs in the format ‘plan - total’. And in case of exceeding the budget in time we can replace part of the items with cheaper analogue without significant changes in the final type of repair. We save and systematise by date all receipts and contracts for services of related parties.
Selection of furniture details, textiles and decor.
Our project includes the selection of finishing materials, and the selection of textiles, furniture trim and decor we carry out as part of the completion. On our own or with you we visit showrooms, invite representatives with samples to the object. If necessary, we go to the production facilities and coordinate the details of the order directly with the technologists.
