This project began with the idea of cosmetic repairs, but ended up with a complete redesign of the rooms and engineering systems. 

The family has two teenage boys, an older son who sometimes visits, and a little girl. The most difficult task of the project was to comfortably accommodate the children. A large number of options for children's rooms were considered. In the end, it was decided not to divide the space into three tiny children's rooms, but to make one large room for the boys, with separate areas for each of them.
