WORKING ON THE PROJECT
Meeting and getting to know each other.
At the first meeting, we will listen carefully to all your thoughts, dreams and wishes, offer to fill out a technical task questionnaire, look through a selection of interiors together to determine what you like, discuss the layout. It is very good if you can provide technical documentation (inventory plan of the premises, apartment or house).
Measurements.
For work we need actual dimensions (not a BTI plan or the developer's architectural plan). We take measurements and photograph the object ourselves. The process of measuring the premises depends on how much it is free of furniture and on the area. On average, it takes from 1.5 to 3 hours.
Planning solutions.
Based on the completed technical task, we offer three or four variants of layout solutions. You can choose one option you like or we will put together your ideal option based on the ideas of the first plans. In the future, the dimensions of the furniture and some details can be specified at the sketching stage.
Sketches in the form of a collage.
Collages are a flat set of used furniture, textiles and finishing items. Such sketches convey color and scale, give an idea of the style, but volume is not visible on them. In cases when it is difficult for you to decide on the desired style, we use collages to speed up the work process. But most often we leave them for the visualizer and immediately provide you with the room in 3-D - this way you can see ideas more clearly.
3-d visualizations.
We create photorealistic visualizations (3-4 angles for each room) for a better understanding of the space and interior concept. Everything that is presented in the sketches - furniture, finishing, decor - are real items that can be purchased.
Approval of finishing materials.
After you have approved the sketches for the rooms, we will need to look at all the finishing materials "in person". It is very important to check the tiles by touch, compare the shades of the doors and floor (laminate, parquet), look at the colors of the paints and wallpaper. Then only the materials that have been checked "in person" and approved are included in the drawings.
Working documentation.
We prepare the entire set of drawings required for builders, work out the design of important elements, clarify details and units. At this stage, we discuss with you the location of sockets, switches, light control mode. For utility networks - ventilation, air conditioning, security, smart home, etc. - we involve specialists.
Full list of furniture and equipment.
We calculate all finishing materials with the necessary reserve, all furniture, textiles and decor. We include in the Excel list the average prices for the necessary equipment (household, air conditioners), calculations from builders for work and rough materials, as well as approximate costs for delivery and work of the management company's craftsmen. You get a complete idea of the final cost of repairs and will be able to wisely distribute the budget.
After completion of the design work, we will prepare for you two printed project albums, a project in an electronic PDF version and an electronic version of the statement in Excel.

Plans for dismantling and installing partitions with marking of window and door openings;
Plan for connecting air conditioners, breezers, ventilation openings;
Plumbing connection plan;
Heating radiators connection plan;
Water supply and sanitation plan;
Floor heating layout plan with controller connection;
Floor plan and section of the floor structure indicating the layers of the covering;
Ceiling plan indicating the type and quantity of material used, individual units and sections;
Lighting fixture placement plan;
Switch connection plan indicating the inclusion of groups of lamps;
Layout plan for electrical outlets and electrical terminals;
List of electrical installation products;
Wall layouts indicating dimensions, article number and quantity of selected material;
Door specification;
A list of finishes indicating the article number, quantity, photograph, brief description, recommended place of purchase and final cost of repair.
