Layout
The apartment borders neighboring units on only one side and features a highly efficient layout. The kitchen–living area offers beautiful river views, while the apartment includes two bathrooms and three separate bedrooms.
Various configurations were explored for the children’s room and the master bedroom, as well as multiple options for the kitchen and bathrooms. The final result is a well-balanced layout that feels open and comfortable, with ample storage throughout.
