A three-room flat project for a family with two girls. In general, the project is executed in the spirit of modern classics, but with its own twists and bold solutions. For example, a bathroom combining large marble porcelain tiles and matt powder tiles, or a bedroom with unusual photo wallpaper in the art deco style. A particularly interesting solution for this flat is the built-in wardrobes from IKEA in the recesses prepared for them in advance. The owners chose separate handles for the cupboards, and as a result, the mass-market cupboards look as expensive as custom-made furniture.
Floor plan.
In this flat it was necessary to keep the third living room, but maximise the amount of storage space. By entering the living room through the kitchen, we were able to place deep cupboards the length of the corridor. Large glass doors lead from the kitchen to the living room, adding light to the rooms and levelling out the small living area. By combining the laundry room and guest bathroom, we were able to slightly increase the size of the kitchen.
A peculiarity of the house is the extremely poor soundproofing. Therefore, the bedroom and the children's room have additional soundproofing of the walls and ceiling, and the entire flat has additional soundproofing of the floor.
